Every few seconds you take off of that split time for a 5000m row is pretty hard see if you can get your split down to 1:55 which would bring you to 19:10 for the 5000m. The best time I see in the Concept logbook for 5000m is 17:11 which is a 1:43 split time which is pretty insane to me. I'm 5'10" 180#, and my pr is 21:22.
